Terms and Conditions

Updated 28 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of diverseperspectives.net and booking an introductory call through it. By using the website, you agree to them.

The website is run by Diverse Perspectives Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

Coaching and work with organisations each have their own written agreement, explained in sections 3 and 4.

2. Booking an introductory call

You can book a free 30 minute introductory call through our website. It is a chance for us both to see whether working together feels right, and you are free to decide afterwards.

If you can no longer make the time you booked, please let us know by email so the slot can go to someone else. You are welcome to rebook through the website.

3. Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process focused on skills, strategies and self-understanding. It sits alongside, rather than replacing, support from medical or mental health professionals, so please keep seeking their advice for any health concerns.

If you decide to go ahead after your introductory call, we will send you a coaching agreement to read and sign before your first session. That agreement sets out fees, payment, moving sessions, confidentiality and ending our work together, and it is the agreement that governs your coaching.

4. Working with organisations

Talks, workshops, workplace consultancy and coaching for employees are each agreed in writing with the organisation before work begins. That proposal or agreement sets out what we will deliver, the fees and the terms, and it governs the work.

5. Using our website

Please use the website lawfully and with respect for others. The information on it is general, so for guidance on your own situation, please speak to us or another suitable professional.

The words, images, logo and other content on the website belong to Diverse Perspectives Ltd or are used with permission. You are welcome to view and share links to our pages for personal use. Please ask us first before copying, adapting or using our content for any other purpose.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, and we may update or change it at any time. Where we link to other websites, we are responsible for our own content only.

6. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer remain in full.

7. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

8. Age

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. By booking a call, you confirm you are 18 or over.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the website when you use it is the one that applies.

10. Complaints and the law

If something has gone wrong, please contact us at info@diverseperspectives.net and we will do our best to put it right.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
